Level 5
Level 5 is a vibrant, creative hub situated on the fifth floor of Carrow House, managed by Carrow House Creatives. Tailored for artists, designers, and creative innovators from Norwich and Norfolk, our spacious studios are designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Each studio features large, bright spaces flooded with natural light, perfect for brainstorming, designing, and change-making.
We offer rental options for individuals looking to establish their spaces, with all bills included for added convenience. This means you can focus entirely on your work without the hassle of additional expenses. The floor layout encourages communication and collaboration among different types of creatives, fostering a sense of community while still providing a fantastic space you need to thrive in your projects and to grow your creative practice.
At Level Five, we are dedicated to supporting the local creative community by providing studio space, resources, and opportunities for connection. We aim to spark collaboration and engagement, ensuring our members can network, share ideas, and grow together.
Current Availability
We have studios come up on a fairly regular basis and will offer them to people on our waiting list. These are usually offered with a 3-5 week turn around to moving in.
If you would like to apply for our waiting list and be considered when spaces become available in the future, please read the information below and complete an application. CIC directors will review your application, and if successful, you will be offered a suitable space as soon as we are able.
If we have suitable people on our waiting list we will not advertise spaces in the future.

Creative studio sizes
Our creative studios come in three sizes with a monthly cost which includes:

Access to the Work Room, which is a space being developed for processes which can not be accommodated on the main floor, with a studio sink and lockable storage cupboard for hazardous liquids.

- Who are Level 5 Creative Studios for?
These studios are for anyone who will use the space to create. You may work with textiles, words, paints or light. You may consider yourself a craftsperson, a hobbyist, an artist or a jack of all trades. You may derive an income from your work, be pursuing a career or creating for your own pleasure and wellbeing.
